People Operations Director



Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, the Director of People Operations will take charge of directing and managing the entire spectrum of HR operations. This role will actively participate in creating and applying HR regulations and practices, fostering employee retention, and securing compliance with all pertinent labor laws and norms.



Key Performance Goals:


  • Establish a regular operating sequence for People Operations.


  • Formulate standard operating procedures for all tasks undertaken by the People Operations team to assure precision and accountability.


  • Initiate the process to review PEO providers.


  • Assess Infillion’s current PEO alliance and collaborate with the Chief People Officer on alternative partners to guarantee that any shift would result in an improved, compatible, and useful partnership. Maintain PEO association on a continual basis.


  • Set the Key Objectives for the rest of 2023.


  • Design a comprehensive action strategy for implementing the key performance goals of the role, including resources and budget necessities, pivotal milestones, and significant challenges.



As a People Operations Director, you will provide excellence by:


  • Formulate and apply HR regulations and practices in alignment with the company’s aspirations and objectives.


  • Administer the induction and exit procedures for all team members.


  • Secure compliance with all appropriate labor laws and norms.


  • Supervise the administration of compensation and benefits, encompassing the creation and execution of competitive remuneration programs and benefits schemes.


  • Implement initiatives associated with employee engagement programs, such as acknowledgment programs and feedback tools.


  • Offer guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR-related matters, such as performance management, employee relations, and compliance.


  • Track HR metrics and deliver regular reports to the executive team.


  • Manage and direct the payroll process to guarantee its accuracy and timely completion. Assist with the communication of benefits and compensation.


  • Prepare and submit compliance reports.


  • Serve as a link between managers and employees to assure employees are treated justly and policies are consistently applied.


  • Manage worker’s compensation and leave of absence processes to ensure fairness and consistency.




Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field


  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a rapidly changing, growth-orientated, and performance driven environment.


  • Experience providing strategic direction and oversight of the HR function and serving as an advisor/confidant to senior leaders.


  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications with particularly developed skills in Excel, and PowerPoint


  • Strong business acumen; knowledge about how businesses work, business trends and how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace.


  • Demonstrated ability to manage the budget and other financial measures of the Human Resources Department.




Preferred Qualifications:


  • Master’s degree in HRIR or PHR certification preferred


  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
