Job description

We are looking for a recruiter and marketing director with shipbuilding industry or related experience. This person will be in charge of working with a talent source to fill in the positions to fill over 300 jobs within the next 3 months and over 1000 positions by 2024 between production workers, supervisors, and engineering. Executive recruiting is also preferred.

We need a self-starter to tell us what to do, bonus given for $1,500 after 90 days.

Compensation:
140-250k based on experience
6% employer contributed 401k
