Job Purpose:
Lead data science efforts by partnering with leaders from across the business to translate the company's business objectives, market opportunities & portfolio of offerings into formal and cohesive global commercial strategies. The primary focus of your efforts will be on streamlining strategic decision information, uncovering new opportunities and automating commercial execution to ensure last mile value.
In this role you will:
- Orchestrate cross-functional technical teams in developing, expanding and deploying Generative AI solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop generative AI use-cases for business process transformation using Design Thinking principles along with adapting the products for stakeholders
- Help architect back-end solutions in order to adequately develop and test generative AI use cases for feasibility
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the team
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI technologies
- Ensure the technical feasibility and scalability of AI solutions
- Actively participate in the ideation, prototyping, and testing of potential POCs, ensuring these initiatives align with our Design Thinking approach

Required Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, with demonstrated experience in developing product-level ML algorithms, with a proven track record of successfully delivering applied research to production
- Excellent problem solving and data analysis skills, with expertise in developing or applying predictive analytics, statistical modelling, data and text mining/NLP, or machine learning algorithms on structured and unstructured data, at scale
- Applied research experience in machine learning or deep learning or information retrieval or data analytics
- Ability to develop insights and storylines through translation of analysis and modeling
- Ability to build and deploy tools and methodologies to create solutions enabling analytics and measurement of sales and marketing activities (e.g., market-mix modeling, cross-channel attribution, omni-channel segmentation and customer targeting, patient pathways, omni-channel customer journey analysis and optimization etc.)
- End to end experience in retrieving data and developing an executive-level analysis through advanced analytics techniques
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
