BENlabs leads the way in Product Placement. We represent many global brands, helping them to scale their placement strategies whilst acting as their representatives in this space.
As a result of continued and rapid growth, our European team is currently looking for an experienced new business hunter and sales manager with brand direct and agency connections. Located at our regional hub in Central London, you will be selling BENlabs's service, based on being true Product Placement OG's (over 40 years of experience), and with the most sophisticated AI-tech in the market complementing our battle-hardened systems and processes to produce measurable results for our clients.
You will have extensive experience in brokering deals with brand and performance marketers and will be comfortable holding senior-level conversations with prospective clients.
Deep, appropriate brand and agency connectivity in the UK and preferably the broader European region is a must, as is a passion for storytelling and a strong knowledge of the commercial television, film and/or entertainment content space. An ability to identify, prospect, and nurture accounts to fruition will be key to success in this role.

BENlabs Revenue Responsibility

Responsible for growing UK and European Product Placement business – focusing on developing relationships directly with major brands and agencies

Accountable for developing new relationships with brands and agencies, unlocking opportunities to meet and pitch BENlabs as their product placement partners

Focus on clients with high growth revenue potential

Deliver on annual sales revenue target for new Client Development

Client and Sales Strategy
-
Work with other members of the Product Placement team to create persuasive presentations using case studies to close sales deals

Contribute to thought leadership, identifying accounts for aggressive prospecting and dramatic growth, utilising qualitative and effective Client Development strategies

Leverage all available BENlabs team capabilities and resources – from Product, Content, Client Services and Marketing - working collaboratively with the Client Services and Production facing execution teams

Develop personal relationships with Key Clients to gain market share across different product and customer verticals, including FMCG and technology brands
- Minimum of 8+ years of sales experience with a focus on prospecting and client acquisition._PP

Experience in a commercial or creative partnerships role within television, film and/or entertainment content industries role or within a television focused role at a network / media agency

Familiarity with digital media sales

Demonstrated track record of developing and maintaining relationships with multiple divisions and company leaders to ensure appropriate communications and a coordinated approach to maximizing successes with clients

In addition to the expected range listed, this role will be eligible for a sales incentive plan. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and location.
