Finity, Inc., a leading provider in health intelligence and engagement solutions, seeks a full-time, remote Director of Business Development to join our team. Our industry leading products, services, and software support private health plans, hospital systems, and state Medicaid and Medicare members.
About the Role
The Business Development Manager is responsible for coordinating, managing, and executing business development activities, including client meeting scheduling, presenting during client meetings, prepping sales and marketing materials, and follow-up, as well as ongoing industry/market research, and tradeshow and marketing campaign project management. This role may occasionally support the client implementation and account management teams. This role reports to the VP of Strategy and Development and works in coordination with Finity’s sales team.
Role responsibilities include:
- Research leads and create prospect fact sheets
- Research competitors and maintain competitor matrix
- Assist with development of meeting presentations and follow-up materials
- Present sales presentations and product demos to prospective clients and assist with ongoing tasks
- Track all sales activities, contacts, etc. in Trello and SalesForce
- Use sales tools such as ZoomInfo and IFolio to create marketing campaigns and outreach lists
- Manage the launch and follow-up of marketing campaigns
- Conduct outbound calls to leads from marketing campaigns
- Serve as project manager for tradeshows
- Attend select tradeshows annually and assist with booth setup and breakdown, administration of raffle, handouts, Finity intros, and lead follow-up
- Help field inbound sales opportunities
- Maintain weekly internal sales meeting agenda and manage action items
- Maintain sales meeting schedule and coordinate scheduling across team members
- Assist with client implementations and account management, when needed.
Candidate must be willing to work Pacific Time business hours. This is primarily remote position but does require minimal, in-person travel on occasion.

Requirements:- BA/BS and 2+ years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Desire for upward mobility
- Experience with public speaking preferred
- Experience using Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
