Context:

The Direct Partner Admissions team within PwC UK Partner Office leads the recruitment and admissions process for all direct entry partner hires joining the UK firm with responsibility for sourcing, introducing and supporting senior level candidates and stakeholders through the firm’s hiring process. In addition to this, the Direct Partner Admissions team oversees the two year integration of senior level hires to ensure smooth assimilation and commercial success for hired candidates.

Admissions Assistant

We are looking for an associate to join the team, to provide administrative support and coordination of the earlier stages of our partner recruitment process. This is a x-LoS role and the ability to build a strong internal network with sponsor and interviewer PAs across all lines of service and third party service providers is the key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule (and reschedule) candidate interviews and subsequent feedback calls

  • Book and prepare for / monitor meeting room bookings

  • Set up candidate papers and folders with all relevant documentation, following the agreed process to do so

  • Send out and track privacy statement, one-way confidentiality and equal opportunities documents for all candidates at interview stage

  • Schedule reference calls and track completion

  • Update and track candidate database / CRM highlighting issues as they arise

  • Monitor the accuracy and integrity of the candidate data we hold

  • Securely share candidate reports as required and handling highly confidential information/data

  • Work with others in the Partner Admissions team as required
