A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Customer Service Agent with knowledge in Law to join our Odondo Team!
Please Note All Odondo Roles Are Offered On A Self Employed Basis Only And You Are Required To Have Your Own Equipment
What does the job involve?
·First point of contact for customers who seek legal advice and support when having lost their job under different circumstances
·Handling end to end cases, taking thorough notes and keeping diligent records in the system
·Following up with the client and updating them on the progress of their case as well as contacting other parties and obtaining all necessary information with relevance to the case
·Ensuring the customer is feeling reassured and at ease, by making them feel comfortable when talking about delicate matters and at the same time ensuring all obtained information is accurate
·Keeping professional relationships with other parties and delivering an excellent standard of customer service
·Making sure all cases are dealt with and completed, while adhering to deadlines
·Showing empathy towards the customer as they will be going through a difficult time
·Ability to give clear and effective advice to customers
We are looking for people with:
·A background of Law or an understanding of legal matters as conversations with customers and stakeholders are focused in legal settlements
·Experience handling end to end cases is a must
·Ability to hold a conversation over the phone and make the customer feel relaxed while taking accurate notes
·Experience using case management CRMs, mainly Zoho
·Excellent written and spoken communication skills as phones and emails will be main form of communication
A good candidate will have:
·Worked from home and have a home office set up and a quiet and uninterrupted spot to work from
· Have used AWS in a work environment

Salary: £10.50 per hour
