Job description
Permanent Contract or Fixed term for 2 years | 37 hours per week | £27,344 to £29,439 per annum (Grade G) | Norwich
We are looking for 3 customer-driven Digital Systems Support Officers to join our dynamic Digital Customer Experience Team at Norfolk County Council.
In these full time, fixed-term 2-year roles, you will contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of business systems; eg CRM, customer account, and forms building packages to support council objectives.
You will undertake regular monitoring of systems and integrations, and ensure business systems meet data quality and data retention standards in line with mandatory regulations (eg GDPR).
We work with colleagues across the whole organisation, so we are looking for a motivated, personable individual who can work flexibly with both IT colleagues on resolving systems issues, and departmental stakeholders to provide advice and support to those services who use our software.
We'll support you in developing your skills while working alongside more experienced members of the team. There are also training and development opportunities both in house and in the wider digital government community.
We want our people to be inspired and motivated to work well together, make the most of our workspaces, enjoy a healthy work-life balance, and deliver excellent services to Norfolk and its people.
Flexibility is built into the way we work, with hybrid working a key feature for many roles. Our technology platform and equipment are first class, enabling you to connect and collaborate remotely. We ask that you have in place good Broadband connectivity.
You'll also have access to our modern open-plan offices within walking distance of Norwich city centre.
Interviews will use video technology, and you will have the opportunity to discuss these working arrangements.
