Description
Looking for a Digital, Social Media and Marketing Apprentice to support communications
Working with colleagues, produce/ update accurate content for companies social media feeds on Facebook, LinkedIn, its website and other social media platforms
Design accessible posters, flyers, leaflets and questionnaires to promote work to a broader public as requested by company Leads
Work with company Leads to support the presentation of company’s data to stakeholders by creating infographics suited to different stakeholder needs and requirements
Support colleagues in the production of company’s internal newsletter, including data collection, interviews, graphics, written articles and publishing
Design digital communication material for staff and clients at events and awareness days
Working with colleagues and partners, produce short videos for company website and communications platforms
Work with colleagues on publicity for events both internal and external
To deal with phone/ email/ face to face queries promptly, politely and respectfully
To maintain confidentiality at all times
Undertake training as required
Comply with the requirements of Data Protection Act
Comply with company Health & Safety regulations
Carry out all responsibilities and duties in accordance with company Equality and Diversity policy
Entry requirements
Computer literate – with social media skills with an ability to learn new applications
Good literacy and writing skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
A working knowledge of / engaged in achieving a qualification in social media and marketing applications
Well organised with good problem solving skills
Customer service skills or similar aptitude
Training to be provided
Digital Marketer L3
Functional skills English and Maths if required
