Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Digital Sales Assistant to join our Audi dealership in Coventry. The hours of work are 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

You will be spending most of the time making sure that all the cars are photographed to a high standard. The successful applicant will be responsible for increasing the amount of vehicle images, including taking 360 view cockpit reels, and detailed external outside shots.

This key role requires excellent communication and administrative skills as you will be responsible for assisting the sales team with the preparation of all used cars for both display and handover.

The successful applicant will also assist our Vehicle Sales Progress Chaser, by way of helping to make sure that the preparation of all used cars are being done in the timeframe requested. You will also liaise with the sales management team, workshop, and vehicle repair bodyshop to ensure that our Audi Approved used cars adhere to the highest standard that is expected from both the manufacturer and Listers.

You will also be required to effectively assist with the co-ordination and control all delivery activities once an order has been placed making sure that our culture of customer first continues.

In addition, the successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with all the pre-delivery checks on the car and preparing all documentation ready for the customer at collection.

Responsibilities:

• Taking high quality photographs & interior 360 view cockpit reels.
• Managing the loading of cars that are for sale onto the internet.
• Checking in New and Used cars.
• Fuelling cars.
• Assisting with the organisation of vehicle preparation.
• Helping to organise the collection of trade vehicles.
• Assisting with the preparation of vehicles for handover.
