The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm with rota Saturdays (day in Lieu during the week). The salary for this role is £25,000.

Role Overview:
- Provide exceptional customer experience through personalised communication across a number of different channels (email, phone, SMS, social media) from initial enquiry.
- Build interest in McLaren products with brand knowledge and offer tailored advice using innovative technology.
- Foster customer relationships throughout sales journey and aftersales care.
- Assist aftersales customers during check-in and check-out process, acting as a liaison.
- Ensure high levels of customer service, coordinating satisfaction follow-ups and maintaining McLaren's reputation.
- Manage and nurture leads in Retailer Portal, distributing them to Sales Executives.
- Support Sales and Marketing teams in prospecting and event activities.
What You'll Bring:
- Passion for exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication, organization, and IT skills (Microsoft packages).
- Ability to work effectively in a friendly, hard-working team while managing your own schedule.
