We are seeking a dedicated, keen to learn and enthusiastic individual with passion to develop their skills in graphic design for our content creator apprenticeship
Kaymans Apparel Ltd are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphics and Digital Retoucher to join our team at House of Cavani. In this role, you will be responsible for retouching and enhancing digital images for our menswear fashion brand. You will work with the creative team to ensure that all images meet the highest quality standards and accurately reflect the brand's aesthetic. Kayman Apparel Ltd are looking forward to recruiting an Apprentice that brings enthusiasm and positivity to the ‘already’ dynamic team.
- Retouch and enhance digital images using software such as Photoshop and Lightroom
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that all images meet brand guidelines
- Work with photographers to ensure that images are of the highest quality
- Edit and colour correct images as needed
- Maintain organised file structures and backups of all edited images
- Assist the Video creative team with photo and video shoots when needed
- Assist with editing and mastering video shoots when needed
- Assist the wider team with any ad hoc duties
GCSE English and Maths grade 4 or above (GCSE equivalent C or above) or equivalent qualification.
Training to be provided
Digital Content Creator - Level 3 Standard
Apprentices learn the skills they need on the job with the guidance of a development coach who is an expert from industry. You will finish your apprenticeship with a recognised qualification, valuable industry experience, money, and substantial opportunities for promotion.
Training is a blended learning delivery model: online learning, classroom sessions, work-based training, independent research, workplace projects, one-to-one support and training. Your training will include:

This is a 15 month apprenticeship. Kaymans are looking to build and develop their team so all apprentices, after their contract have the opportunity to go onto a full time career within the organisation.
