Digital Project Manager (Inside IR35)
Contract Term: 6 Months
Contracting Authority: The Home Office - College of Policing
Location: Remote Working (Occasional travel for key meetings and site visits)

As a Digital Project Manager your main responsibilities would be:
- Delivery and Resource Plan
- Scoping and product definition
- Development of Programme and Project Management Governance
- Delivery of Key Project Management Documentation
- Procurement Activity Oversight and Coordination
- Supporting the Digital Programme Manager in project management activities that will lead to increased levels of delivery confidence.
You’ll have relevant experience in:
- Working on technical projects having successfully delivered system implementations and integrations. With a preference for CRM, ITSM and Case Management knowledge and skills.
- Undertaking market engagement, tender processes to support successful procurement of new systems and solutions.
- Excellent negotiating and networking skills, able to form beneficial working relationships internally and externally.
- Excellent oral and written communicator, able to engage with and present to a range of audiences and represent the College effectively when engaging with system suppliers and partner organisations.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments to deliver programmes and projects successfully and to challenge and remove any unnecessary barriers to service delivery.
- Commercial acumen focused on delivering high quality service to customers and clients.
- Recent and relevant experience in project management with proven track record of successful delivery of programmes to users or clients as measured in time, cost and quality benefits.
- Successful experience of applying project management processes and procedures within a PRINCE2 environment
- Experience of applying and maintaining effective project tracking systems
- PRINCE 2 Practitioner or Agile Practitioner qualification
- Degree or extensive equivalent experience

Any rates of payment quoted will reflect the gross rate per day for the assignment and will be subject to appropriate taxes and statutory costs. As such the payment to the intermediary and your income resulting from this contract will be different.
