Job description

Are you a digital project manager that wants to work on a variety of projects, large and small, including those for global brands, within an agency that has realistic expectations, and that treats you with respect? If so, this role may be for you.

Who are we?

You’ll be working for a creative digital agency, established for over 12 years. We enjoy an outstanding reputation based on our values, attitude, obsessive levels of customer service, and consistency in delivering results — all made possible, thanks to our brilliant team.

We’re a close-knit team, always keen to support and help one another, be it with day-to-day demands of the job, or our development as both people and professionals. We don’t do gossip or clique — we confide, we console, we congratulate, we empower, bringing the brilliance and very best out of each other. We’ve got each other’s backs and we’re proud of it.

What are the role’s main duties?

As the fifth (or sixth, as we may hire twice for this role) member of our growing client services team, you will be responsible for first-class leadership on digital design and development projects, as well as ongoing iterative, support and maintenance needs, for a wide and interesting range of clients.

Primary duties will comprise:

  • Leading client meetings/presentations and participating in pitches for new work.
  • Producing relevant documentation for clients, partners, designers, and developers, including proposals, quotations and technical specifications.
  • Scoping strategic and commercial goals/opportunities, overseeing project delivery, and providing impeccable ongoing support.
  • Building and nurturing client relationships by being attentive, detail-focused and identifying ongoing opportunities, always maintaining consistently high levels of service.

A Mac or PC will be supplied according to your preference.

The role can be remote-based reporting into our Norwich HQ, office-based in Norwich full-time, or even hybrid. Let’s talk!

What can I earn?

The digital project manager position offers a basic salary between £30,000 - £40,000 subject to experience.

You'll also get the additional benefits of a company pension, professional development, and social events. From time to time, there may also be the chance to get involved and have a financial stake in our own-build projects.

What do we need from you?

Skills and experience are vital, but just as important, are your attitude and values.

  • Do you share our values?
  • Growth – We always put our clients' interests first. Great ideas are all well and good, but they have to come at the right time and deliver value aligned to your growth, and wider goal and objectives
  • Resilience – We think big, embracing challenges. This means attaining the end-result we're striving for isn't easy, but we never give up and we never settle for 'ordinary'.
  • Integrity – We don't tell you what you want to hear or make promises we can't keep, or cut corners. We do the job properly. For us, anything short of excellence, isn't anything much at all.
  • Tenacity – We approach everything with a fearsome drive and enthusiasm. We communicate effectively, returning calls quickly, replying to emails promptly, and update you obsessively. Oh, and we're always crystal clear — ambiguity is a swear word for us!
  • Do you work well as part of a team, keen to help, support, empower one another and share ideas?
  • Do you have good technical understanding, including how websites and apps are built?
  • Have you got experience of UX, CRO and technical SEO?
  • Are you highly organised, able to plan meticulously and have outstanding attention to detail?
  • Are you self-disciplined and able to make well-informed, carefully considered decisions?
  • Are comfortable working and liaising with clients, developers, designers, and marketers alike?
  • Do you have excellent written and communication skills?

If the answer is yes to these questions, this role could be for you, and we’d love to hear from you.
