As a Digital Product Owner, you’ll be responsible delivering features for real customers. Santander Digital aims to create digital journeys and features for our customers, enabling them to manage and grow.
This role is a key role within the team with responsibility around the early and continuous agile delivery of features that meet the team’s strategic objectives. Their role will take key strategic features through Discovery, PoC and implementation and have E2E responsibility to deliver solutions & features to market.
The Product Owner is responsible for prioritising work for an Agile software development team, interpreting evidence and ensuring that their team can follow a clear roadmap of prioritised activities across the product development lifecycle.

- Working with an Agile development team to deliver a brand new mobile app to market
- Prioritising features based on analysis & customer testing.
- Working with key stakeholders to ensure features meet business needs
- Refining high level features to figure out how to deliver them
- Managing stakeholder & team expectations
- Developing a culture of continuous improvement & delivery
What you’ll bring.
- An excellent understanding of Agile Product Development
- To be able to operate with a high degree of autonomy to take ownership of delivery.
It would also be nice for you to have.
- Experience of mobile app development
- Understanding of the retail banking market
