We're looking for a Digital Product Officer to join our Digital Experience Team and help deliver great digital products and services to help us reach even more people.

The Digital Experience Team creates a seamless and integrated digital experience for our customers and supporters. The team includes experts in digital product, digital marketing, social media, analysis and tracking, and work to ensure we’re providing a first-rate end-to-end user experience for dog lovers, dog owners and supporters.

In this key role you will help our audiences know, understand and love Dogs Trust. Working closely with colleagues across organisation you will develop and maintain digital products within our website and other digital environment, publishing content and working closely with the Digital Content team and content champions from across the organisation

Ensuring our pages can be found easily by customers you will use analysis and report on performance data, including insights into customer behaviour and make suggestions for improvements, ensuring all activity is insight-driven and customer focused.

With an understanding of HTML, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) as well and as expertise in responsive design, accessibility, and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) you will have experience of managing website content and understanding of customer journeys and importance of company brand.

Please note that this a one year fixed-term contract opportunity.
