Role Responsibility
As a part of our successful and expanding Digital Personal Shopping team, we are looking for an Operations Assistant who can support us in enhancing operations efficiency, data analysis and problem solving. As a member of the Digital Personal Shopping Team, and a subject matter expert of all things Selfridges, you will provide the first opportunity to deliver the best service to clients visiting the department in store or through our digital channels.
- Track and analyse Digital Personal Shopping sales performance, customer and cost metrics to support the Digital Personal Shopping team.
- Effectively analyse and organise data using suitable tools
- Collaborate with Personal Shoppers and Assistants to effectively support the operation acting as a helpdesk to any queries
- Work with Operations Managers on creating the operational framework to strengthen stock managements, raising POs’, Appointments etc.
- Build and maintain good relationship with stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency
- Prepare and create reports on the team’s sales performance to the wider business

- Great analytical skills, able to visualise and organise data
- Collaborative, working with key stakeholders to simplify ways of working
- A great communicator. You have good communication skills and can build professional and lasting relationships
- Customer-focused, putting your customers at the heart of everything you do
- Pragmatic and solutions orientated, breaking down complex problems and providing innovative solutions
- Flexible – able to adapt your style to suit different situations
