Job description

We are looking for an experienced Performance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing performance management strategies, monitoring employee performance, and providing feedback to employees. The Performance Manager will also be expected to identify areas of improvement and develop plans to increase employee engagement and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance management principles and experience in developing and executing performance management plans.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan & deliver distinctive and compelling performance marketing activity to maximise leads
• Manage and optimise all paid media channels, including, Google Ads, paid search, Social Ads and new channel experiments.
• Provide ongoing insight into our performance, and identify opportunities to drive growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with third party partners, and work collaboratively with them on new initiatives and improvements.
• Work closely with Legal network team and Social team to present, collaborate and lead acquisition strategy discussions & campaign
• Actively increasing conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page creation and optimisation, and demand generation content
• Lead and Optimize HubSpot and Getresponse as our Marketing Automation Tools
• Support forecasting and reforecasting, efficiently planning campaigns and budgets.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £49,773.02-£53,088.98 per year
