- Carry out day-to-day admin to ensure our partner websites are trading effectively
- Drive the optimisation of key customer journeys across partner websites
- Support in analysing online shopper behaviour and spot patterns and trends
- Help streamline processes, identifying requirements for future changes and working with partners and the wider team to help deliver them
- Use Microsoft Excel to analyse reporting and improve partner merchandising and activity across the sites
- Build relationships with key internal partners across the business to regularly improve the online shopping experience
This role would suit people who have a passion for eCommerce and a desire to develop within this fast-paced area of the business. You’ll also need:
- Experience of merchandising
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
- The ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Previous eCommerce experience would be a bonus but not essential
If you have the skills that we need, we can offer you a competitive salary and great benefits package which includes 30% off Co-op branded products in our food stores (as well as other discounts on Co-op products and services), the Wagestream app – giving you access to a percentage of your pay as you earn it, and the YuLife app – rewarding you for exercising with discounts and vouchers for your favorite brands. You’ll also get:
- An annual bonus (based on personal and business performance)
- 28 days holiday (rising to 31 with service) plus bank holidays
- A pension with up to 10% employer contributions
- Access to a subsidised onsite gym (at our Manchester HQ)
- Coaching and training to support your career development
