WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our Digital Media team. You’ll be a part of our planning and effectiveness team, responsible for the development of marketing communications strategy and plans.
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of our always- on paid digital media programme, with an input into how digital media can support other business areas.
You’ll assist with the development of campaign media strategy spanning all media channels and work with our cross-functional digital squads to help improve our overall digital experience to optimise customer acquisition, retention and NPS.

Supporting in the day-to-day management and optimisation of our digital media campaigns in collaboration with specialist teams at the agency.
Helping to deliver acquisition, loyalty and digital adoption targets by optimising paid media investment.
Inputting into the strategy, execution, and agency management for our media campaigns.
Working with data protection and customer data teams to create policies and processes that let us make the most of opportunities to use data to better reach and serve customers.
Building and maintain relationships with media owners to maintain awareness of new opportunities in the market.
What you’ll bring.
Previous experience working in a digital marketing role, either within an agency or at a brand.
Experience of supporting digital marketing campaigns or projects.
It would also be nice for you to have?
A good understanding of Excel, in particular the ability to use formulas.
Previous Experience of working with Meta or Paid search.
An awareness of relevant digital marketing channels.
Good communication and ability to use different influencing styles.

This is a permanent full-time position, based in Milton Keynes.
