Digital Marketing Technician
This role is for a Digital Marketing Technician. We are looking for a candidate that will be able to support and assist a tight-knit team on international projects, that include some of the biggest artists and companies in the world. The ideal candidate is a highly organised self-starter who is capable of working cross-functionally on the planning and the implementation of marketing projects. You will need to display versatility in order to handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
This position requires commuting to our offices in Shenfield (Essex), with the potential to work remotely on specific days. This position is for an initial 2 month duration, 5 days per week (Monday-Friday), 9:30am - 5pm (+1hour per day learning or client calls/communication), £750.00 per month to cover costs. Following this, a full time position will be offered to a suitable candidate on a negotiable salary.
Desired requirements for the role:
- No prior experience needed. We are looking for a positive personality enthusiastic to work within a tight-knit team.
- Initiative-taking, proactive and self motivated learner.
- Good communication skills and a methodical mindset for organisation and attention to detail.
- Good client-facing verbal and written communication skills.
- An interest in online marketing and the Psychology of how to position a brand/artist, in a way which appeals to a particular demographic.
- Working with other team members to ensure that best practices are being followed to achieve maximum efficiencies.
- Time-keeping considerate and supportive of your wider team.
- Report to Campaign Managers on important issues, or issues that you can’t resolve.
- Ready to do remote learning prior to starting in this position.
Within this role, you will undergo independent and assisted learning to:
- Become proficient in the creation of ad campaigns within Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Manager and Google Ads.
- Assist with the management of domains, website hosting, and email hosting.
- Build email templates within Email Service Providers (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Salesforce) for clients, following their branding guide. This will involve attention to detail, understanding the aesthetic placement of images, logos, texts and social links.
- Maintain and update project tasks as briefed.
- Assist Campaign managers with other ad-hoc tasks, such as setting up new template boards, Asana updates, budget estimates, stats tracking, sales tracking and report writing, where appropriate.
- Efficient note taking within client calls.
