Key Capabilities

About the Role

  • Work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing Strategy to deliver our annual media strategy and push the boundaries to drive media excellence
  • Be a champion for media planning within Online & Omnichannel ensuring the most effective use of paid and owned platforms to deliver key results
  • Collaborate with the acquisition and marketing effectiveness lead to be a core member of the team that supports building our communications approach using a data, econometrics and insights.
  • Manage detailed execution of media plans through operational excellence.
  • Lead on delivering Integrated media campaigns across digital marketing channels
  • Along with marketing team manage collaboration between ATL and performance media agencies.
  • Support the business to deliver 100% platform first creative across digital channels by developing process, creating partnerships and delivering creative excellence
  • Build clear digital measurement strategies that enable us to test and learn and optimise digital brand investment to increase brand consideration
  • Support marketing on monitoring brand health through digital insights and creating dashboards to track
  • Create an Omnichannel approach across digital marketing channels to drive growth of multichannel customers: online and instore sales
  • Build a strategy to address omnichannel messaging across all communications to create a frictionless shopping experience for customers.
  • Support in creation of JBPs with Core partners, Meta and Google and be responsible for day to day management of partnerships.
  • Look at new technologies to enable us to push the boundaries within digital marketing and Inspire our customers

About You

  • A proven track record in Digital Marketing strategy
  • Experience of developing process to create significant change within the business
  • Extensive experience of online retail either from an agency background or client side and understanding of the customer
  • Significant senior stakeholder management
  • Ability to use data and insight to constantly improve our return on investment
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to bring people on a journey
  • Ability to strongly influence decisions that aren't your own
  • Team player who is inspired by working with others and can easily adapt their style to others
  • A strong leader who can drive a culture of change
