Job description
- Support all digital marketing strategy, activity and execution in cooperation with Digital Marketing Manager. Ensure activities are included in the adidas golf EMEA marketing calendar.
- Implement Europe wide DPC (digital partner commerce) standards and police online adherence
- Support Digital Marketing manager across all digital activation touchpoints including media planning, CRM and on-site tactics.
- Optimize existing partner digital wholesale channels through an analytical and consumer centric lens
- Work as part of the European marketing team to align launch cadence and drive consumer desire via engaging digital storytelling
- Build close working relationship with digital sales/account managers, offering support and knowledge sharing across digital marketing network.
- Utilize all appropriate adidas tools including but not limited to DTB, Marvin, WebDam, Analytics to further support the implementation of standards across the digital landscape.
- Be the key touch point for all digital trends and what’s next as it relates to digital marketing.
- Help Identify the best partners internally and externally to create the necessary technical infrastructure to support all digital marketing programs (CRM, SNS, eCom, Retail etc.).
- Support Concept-to-Consumer on any additional digital marketing needs, obtain approval and create and execute the initiatives in line with brand guidelines.
- Maintain existing brand partnerships whilst maximizing the return on investment in collaboration with wider marketing team
- Explore and open new partnership opportunities that will benefit the commercial success of adidas golf.
- Align with global digital teams on strategy and planning whilst being able to report European digital marketing activity.
- Effectively support the management of both the category budget and your personal T&E

- Strong communication skills written, oral and presentation
- Background experience and knowledge in digital marketing.
- In depth understanding of local markets’ consumers, economic environment and commercial needs
- Analytics: ability to analyse data to improve strategic decision making and implementation
- Creative: ability to shape the implementation of marketing plans
- Proven project management experience
- Affinity to Golf is ideal but not neccessary
- Digital Marketing qualification or equivalent industry experience
