Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: London, The Speechmark + (Hybrid Working*)

What you’ll do
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be working across multiple areas of Brand, with particular focus on Homepage experience & optimisation (80%), and Biddable Ad Ops supporting a variety of media channels (20%).
Working with the Product Owner for Homepage, you will assist in the creation and curation of homepage content, ensuring the roadmap is aligned with multiple teams across the business, whilst ensuring we are optimising user experiences as much as possible. You will work across multiple Brand and Commercial campaigns across the year, including but not limited to Apple & Samsung product launches, Black Friday, Christmas, Winter Sale, and brand sponsorship campaigns such as Wimbledon and Glastonbury. You will also be working closely with Analytics teams to ensure we are sharing relevant performance metrics with senior leaders, and utilising these metrics to make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Working with the Biddable Ad Ops specialist, you will work across multiple campaigns and ensure best practises are implemented. You will become comfortable working with different media channels including Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic.
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will form part of the wider Brand Team for Vodafone UK.

The role requires significant collaboration, project management skills and attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is proactive and comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will have experience working across digital marketing operations. A data-driven, customer-first approach is a key part of the culture of the team, and this role will need to be a champion for both.

- Strong analytical skills and enjoy problem solving.
- Ability to adopt and encourage an insight driven approach to drive a programme of continuous improvement. You will have experience of A/B testing and of working alongside an optimisation team, championing a ‘test and learn’ strategy to deliver iterative change.
- You are a confident decision maker and demonstrate the ability to use sound commercial and technical judgement, to prioritise and deal effectively with fast changing scenarios, and to ensure that decisions are made and communicated in a timely manner.
