We are currently recruiting for the role of Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team .
Role Purpose:
The Digital Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies for our website and social media channels. Working independently to identify and profile target audiences, develop messaging, and create campaigns that increase awareness, drive traffic, and increase conversions.
Experience and Skills:
Digital Product Marketing Specialists are experienced in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various digital channels. They have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and tactics, including email marketing, Search Engine Optimisation, Pay Per Click, social media, and content marketing. Specific skills and attributes include: -
1. Strategic thinking: must have a strategic mindset to help shape effective strategies for each product. This includes anticipating changes in the market and adjusting strategies accordingly.
2. Analytical skills: must have the ability to undertake detailed market/sector analysis; understanding where products and services best fit and using intelligence gained to inform the strategy and marketing activities.
3. Interpersonal skills: must be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
4. Communication skills: excellent communication skills are crucial. Must be able to communicate complex marketing insights and data to colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Build and lead a high impact, results driven marketing function, ensuring the right levels of resource and skills are maintained as the business grows.
· Develop and implement marketing strategies for our digital products that align with business goals and objectives, focussed on a blend of digital and non-digital lead generation.
· Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
· Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital and non-digital channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, physical events, stakeholder engagements, and content marketing.
· Develop and maintain product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.
· Measure and analyse campaign performance to continuously improve marketing efforts.
· Work closely with the in-house design team to develop marketing collateral, including landing pages, email templates, and other assets to support campaigns.
· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and make recommendations for improvements to our marketing strategies and tactics.
