Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. You will play a key role and be responsible for our website, marketing campaigns, marketing tech stack, helping grow our brand online, driving traffic growth and conversion to support our business goals.
You will work collaboratively with marketing & sales colleagues to develop creating integrated and compelling marketing campaigns, working where required with our external agency partners.
In this role you will:
- Manage and develop our digital presence by creating, implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns: website and other digital assets focussing on traffic growth and conversion optimization
- Optimise our website and social platforms for search engines
- Be responsible for the management and development of our Hubspot platform (CRM, Marketing & Sales tools)
- Provide monthly reports to demonstrate progress on our business goals, as well as present proposals for improvements in future digital marketing campaigns
- Carry out regular competitor analysis and stay up to date with industry trends
- Be creative and enjoy sharing new ideas
- Continually experiment and be motivated by learning from both your successes and your failures
- Previous successful and relevant digital marketing experience
- Hold a relevant degree level qualification or similar professional qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in B2b software/SaaS
- A good grasp of SEO strategies to maximise organic traffic and growth
- Strong data analysis skills
- Good working knowledge of social platforms
- A track record of high achievement
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging and supportive environment
- Motivated to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
- A passion for marketing driven metrics
- Are naturally curious and passionate
- Have relevant Hubspot certifications (desirable)
