At Dogs Trust we are determined to always be there for dog lovers, dog owners and our fantastic supporters. To help us reach even more people we are looking for a Digital Marketing Officer to help support our ambitious digital fundraising plans.
The Digital Experience team sits within the Communications and Digital directorate. Communications and Digital plays a central role at Dogs Trust. We help people know, love and understand the charity and take action to support the charity’s work. We use our understanding of Dogs Trust and audience needs to produce impactful and creative on-brand communications, liaising with the media and celebrities, and engaging directly with our supporters. We play a crucial role in evolving the digital supporter experience and use our expertise to communicate key messages to our audience.
The Digital Marketing Officer supports the implementation of the marketing activity of Dogs Trust through digital channels– encouraging engagement and action, and helping people know and love the charity and support our work. Working with the Digital Marketing Manager and a team of two Digital Marketing Officers, this role will lead on day-to-day email marketing, search marketing and digital advertising with an additional focus on digital fundraising and reporting.
Experienced in digital fundraising and with strong content marketing skills you will be user focused and insight driven. The ideal candidate would have experience of the full digital marketing mix, including: social media marketing, paid search, SEO, digital display advertising and conversion rate optimisation.
