This role will be working across both our Global Sports company and our new Print-on-Demand platform
As the Marketing Manager for our sports technology start up, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Your focus will be on eDMs & Social, paid digital media, and optimizing our CRM for data-driven marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy and plan for both DisruptSports & M.i.A merchandise
- Working with the internal design team to manage and optimize our eDMs & social media presence to engage with customers and drive awareness and sales.
- Manage and execute paid digital media campaigns across various paid digital channels including Industry search engines and google ads
- Optimize our CRM for data-driven marketing campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, and personalized messaging.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance to inform ongoing optimization and drive ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives. • Manage and coach a small marketing team as our start up continues to grow.

Skills & Ability
- Entrepreneurial abilities to implement new products (HD)
- Problem Solving & rapidreasoning (E)
- Degreein marketing, communications, or a related field (HD)
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing role,
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisions.
- Demonstrated experience managing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.

Salary: £18,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
