Digital Marketing Manager - Paid Social Media

In a nutshell
You’ll support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager with regards to development and delivery of the full funnel paid social media strategy across Banking & Insurance products. You’ll support trading plans through demand conversion/performance marketing, brand awareness/consideration and continued development (evolution) of our paid social media channels.
What you’ll be doing
Building and activating paid social media campaigns, at each stage of the funnel across Banking and Insurance products, following best practice.
Social media planning, in-line with annual plans and campaign briefs.
Leveraging data and insights to develop target audiences across campaigns.
Working with the wider Marketing team, inputting into external & internal briefs from a paid social media perspective.
Creating tagging events to enable accurate, reliable reporting and building custom audiences.
Continuously optimising campaigns to maximise performance.
Monitoring and reporting campaign KPIs to internal stakeholders.
Analysing KPIs to optimise all aspects of campaigns.
Managing paid social media budgets in-line with approved media plans.
Supporting and delivering actions in project plans and test & learn initiatives.
Completing relevant governance, to ensure the appropriate risk appetite is considered for campaign/project requirements by managing audit trails, sign offs and approvals.
Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations.
Building partnerships with key external stakeholders.
Keeping abreast of the latest developments and continued development of paid social media.
What you need to know and show
Extensive experience in paid social media channels including Meta, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat and TikTok.
Demonstrable experience in developing & activating best practice paid social media campaigns.
Experience of accurately forecasting paid social media performance for annual planning & media plans.
Strong knowledge of website & channel analytics.
Up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in paid social media.
