About This Opportunity:
We’re looking for a highly motivated and self managed individual to take charge of performance marketing for EMEA and APAC to help us achieve our business goals.

Responsibilities;
- Support the Global Growth team to roll outpaid search, social and media initiatives for EMEA/APAC regions and identify local nuances
- Identify local optimisations opportunities to shift spend that drive growth while significantly lowering CPL, CPA, LTV, CAC. Continuously improving the quantity and quality of leads and opportunities
- Hands-on experience with paid media, retargeting, video, e.g. PPC, Social, Vendors
- Develop, implement and optimise paid initiatives - know how to collaborate to get content created, campaigns built and executed
- Work fluidly with Sales, Business Development, Channel Partners and Marketing teams to inspire ideas and initiatives that will impact and accelerate pipeline
- Own the regional pipeline goals - know your target, identify gaps, collaborate cross functionally to close the gaps and achieve goals
- Analyse, report and present back to key stakeholders weekly
- Work with regional marketers to provide guidance where paid digital initiatives can aid ABM programs
- Consultation - Provide consultation to regional marketing teams on their ideas
- Contribute to the planning process for the demand generation budget, ensuring that programs are executed and funds are allocated to maximise program ROI and other performance goals
- Project manage programs from inception to execution i.e. liaise with Central growth marketing, Marcomms, create copy and ads
- Build landing pages when needed
- Copywriting - draft ad copy, messaging if needed to speed up execution
- Localisation support with ad copy
- Multi-task and take on workload that might be outside your remit to help support the wider team
- Have fun, learn, perform, excel and grow
Requirements;
- A customer first mindset and works backwards from there to select the right digital mix to build initiatives
- A self-starter with experience working with Sales, BDs, Regional Marketing and Channel Partners to deliver programs that drive leads, MQLs and pipeline growth
- Thorough understanding of digital or growth marketing for key EMEA and APAC regions
- Exceptional analytical skills with a passion for testing and measuring results including deciphering incremental impact and test results
- Experience or knowledge around Account Based Marketing programs to convert target accounts.
- You take a data-driven approach to pipeline creation, optimising for both short-term outcomes (campaign engagement, form fills, booked meetings) and long term wins (pipeline, closed won revenue) on a day-to-day basis
- You have multiple go-to market plays to generate pipeline and have successfully coordinated campaign plans and execution across a roster of supporting teams, including content marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, and channel specialists (paid media, email marketing, outbound team).
- Fluent English, other European languages a plus
- Experience in SaaS is a plus
