Boatworld.co.uk is a fast-paced online retailer with over 50+ years in the watersports & boating industry. We pride ourselves in our friendly, honest, knowledgeable, passionate and transparent approach to running our customer service-focused business. Our ethos is to, with our knowledge and years of experience, help and inspire everyone to go and have fun on the water. We sell top brands within the industry, but we also manufacture our own products. We have an online store, in-store showroom, warehouse and workshops at our Chesterfield-based site, which is easily commuted to from Sheffield and surrounding areas. We are looking for a new member of the team to work closely with the directors as well as manage your small team to help with the growth of our expanding business.

You will be managing your small team to expand on the current digital marketing strategy as well as implementing new and making it your own.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving traffic to the company’s website and online services through impressive digital marketing campaigns
- Interpreting analytics to guide and inform strategic decision making
- Strategising digital marketing campaigns and then remaining hands-on in their implementation
- Collaborating with broader marketing and PR teams to ensure consistency between departments
Key Skills:
- Exceptional knowledge of PPC, SEO, Influencer, Email and Social Media Marketing
- Broad knowledge of WordPress and Woocommerce
- An analytical mind which uses data and insights to make informed decisions allowing for constant evolution and improvement
- A creative and strategic thinker
- Brilliant communication skills enabling you to articulate ideas well to less digitally minded team members
