_ What you’ll do_
- Own the development of the website, using your skills to ensure the website meets the strategic goals of the business. Reviewing website content and navigation effectiveness, working to identify and make improvements to drive engagement and enhance customer journeys.
- Create high quality landing pages for campaigns, working with our sales & events manager, creating digital campaigns and paid social social media advertising, monitoring google analytics.
- Manage our social media channels whilst identifying opportunities to create new content or to improve content and navigation that will drive increased engagement.
- Monitoring key competitor and market activity and making recommendations for improvement where necessary.
- Working with colleagues in the business to ensure new content is accurately updated to the websites as planned and to relevant visual standards as well as bespoke marketing activities for our franchisee businesses
- Build market automation journeys for retargeting and upsell purposes through our CRM system MR Yum
- Finally, we want you to bring ideas. Ideas that you think will make us better through a business analytic plan that you would present to us quarterly

Ideally
2-3 years experience in a digital marketing role and managing social media platform, website and e-commerce
Experience in the pub/restaurant/hospitality sector would be essential
Excellent organisational and planning skills
Able to work remotely and have essential time-management
A starter and a get-stuff-done attitude
Excellent creativity, attention to detail and organisational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
