Digital Marketing Manager
As part of our ambitious 5-year expansion plan, Projuice are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager working out of our head office in Exeter.
The Company
Established in 2004, Projuice are the UK’s leading provider of frozen smoothies and milkshakes; supplying cafes, golf clubs and dessert parlours, through to farm shops and garden centres. As part of its winter offering, Projuice also sells a range of handmade organic soups and Hot Chocolate Stirrers to supplement the range.
The Role
Projuice require an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with strong project management skills, to take responsibility for the company’s day to day and longer term digital marketing strategy. This is a business to business focused role based out of our Exeter head office.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies, implementing SEO, PPC and social media techniques, to drive revenue to the company websites.
- Implement, analyse, and report on all Google PPC campaigns.
- Manage and maintain the company websites ensuring all content and products are consistent, SEO optimised, up to date and on brand.
- Utilise data to identify opportunities to improve website performance and the customer journey and experience.
- Plan, manage and create engaging optimised content for all social media platforms and blogs.
- Work closely with Business Development Team to drive new business using targeted geographic Email Campaigns to generate sales growth.
- Support with new product development by dessigning branding and supporting Point Of Sale Material for customers.
- Manage any third-party agencies, ensuring they are delivering against plan and to budget.
- Manage and report on Key Performance Indicators and Return on Investment.
The Candidate
- A proven track record of delivering successful online strategies which had a direct impact on commercial growth.
- Solid understanding of SEO, PPC and targeted email marketing.
- Minimum of 3 years' digital marketing experience.
- Google analytics experience to a high standard.
- Disciplined, organised, structured and able to prioritise workload.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to translate digital performance data into measurable insights to drive Return on Investment.
- Experience working with WordPress and WooCommerce would be an advantage.
- Intermediate level of Photoshop skills required.

- Salary £35,000 to £40,000 Basic plus OTE to 20% of salary.
