Job description
We’re on the lookout for a talented digital marketing manager, with a focus on website and E-commerce expertise. We are in the process of building a market leading E-commerce product and are on the hunt for someone who can take the project to the next level, developing the website and customer journeys into a high conversion digital shop front. Working with the social media, SEO, digital advertising and web team, to promote our brand and products, you will have a great deal of freedom to express yourself and given an opportunity to deliver on your ideas and creativity.
As a small start up company you will be required to take responsibility and to sometimes step outside of your comfort zone in order to get stuff done. This is initially a part time position that has the potential to become full time.
What you’ll do
· Own the development of the website overseeing the web team, using your skills to ensure the website meets the strategic goals of the business.
· Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media, influencer marketing, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC).
· Reviewing website content and navigation effectiveness, working to identify and make improvements to drive engagement and enhance customer journeys.
· Work with our digital marketeers, creating digital campaigns, including PPC, paid social GDN etc.
· Present to key stakeholders your vision
· Ensure consistent tone of voice, brand look and feel of website, social and ad content
· Identify opportunities to create new content or to improve content and navigation that will drive increased engagement.
· Monitor key competitor and market activity, making recommendations for improvement where necessary.
· Working with colleagues in the business to ensure new content is accurately updated to the websites as planned and to relevant visual standards.
· Designing relevant KPI tracking and overseeing the delivery of MI reporting of website traffic across sites to improve marketing results
· Track, measure, improve and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns by preparing monthly reports on the performance of marketing campaigns and ad spend return on investment.
· Help build market automation journeys for retargeting and upselling purposes
· Creating, executing and monitoring marketing campaign budgets

Experience:
· Experience of working with E-commerce websites
· 4-5 years experience in a digital marketing role.
