We are looking for an Ambitious Marketing Advisor/Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our law firm. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our digital content strategy, with a primary focus on providing thought leadership to senior C-suite leadership teams in the investment management sector through LinkedIn. You will work closely with our legal team to promote their thought leadership content and drive engagement among our target audience.

This is a multi-faceted marketing role that will cover:

- marketing strategy and planning;

- brand ownership and development;

- digital marketing;

- content creation;

- event Management; and

- website handling.

Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Manager will work within the team to drive business growth around the world. This involves developing, managing, and implementing a marketing strategy including without limitation:

- develop and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy targeting senior C-suite leadership teams in the investment management sector;

- utilise LinkedIn as the primary platform for thought leadership content distribution, aiming to establish our firm as a trusted authority in the industry;

- collaborate with the legal team to create engaging and impactful thought leadership content, for a variety of platforms including our website, social media page, emails and marketing brochures, that resonates with the target audience;

- implement effective landing pages and manage the sales funnel to generate leads and drive demand for our B2B products and services;

- employ analytics tools to measure and track the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions for optimisation;

- drive lead generation and demand generation initiatives, exploring various multi-channel marketing approaches to expand our reach and maximize results;

- identify and leverage the channels and messaging that prove most effective for client acquisition, continually refining strategies to improve ROI;

- work closely with leadership, product, and engineering teams to build and optimize digital and online communication channels for customers and prospects;

- take ownership of key business and revenue metrics across self-serve, sales funnel, and customer growth and retention;

- stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, proactively suggesting innovative ideas and strategies to stay ahead of the competition;

- lead and manage a variety of company awards entries across our jurisdictions;

- build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players and agencies, ie. legal press, and awards platforms, in both the UK and Australia; and

- lead and oversee internal and external events, ie. annual company offsite, client breakfasts and Christmas parties.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in developing and running digital content strategies, preferably in a B2B setting.

- Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a platform for thought leadership and audience engagement.

- Knowledge of landing pages, sales funnel management, lead generation, and demand generation techniques.

- Proficiency in leveraging analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts.

- Experience working with multi-channel marketing initiatives and identifying effective acquisition channels.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into compelling content.

- Meticulous attention to detail.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.

- Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to achieve measurable results to deadline.

- Ability to commute to the office as this is an in-office role but we have a flexible work policy.

- A mac laptop as we operate a BYOA(pple) policy to allow for maximum agility.

Location

Our offices are in a restored period factory building located in the well-connected and trendy neighbourhood of Bermondsey in London.

We have a relaxed and friendly office environment, and we dress casually unless we are meeting with clients.
