We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who specialises in website and social media strategies. Your main responsibility will involve embedding a user and insight-led digital strategy that increases brand reach through our owned channels.
We are in the process of implementing a new digital strategy which is designed to better meet user need. As part of this, we’re in the process of redeveloping our website and implementing a new organic social media strategy. You would be instrumental in maximising the exciting opportunities of our new channel strategy and will be tasked with embedding coordinated digital content plans with measureable outcomes that help us achieve our goals.
You must have experience in a similar digital role, with PPC, SEO, CRO and CMS knowledge. We want someone analytical, strategic, creative and driven and who has the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to support our mission to end youth homelessness by 2037.
We offer hybrid working and work two days a week in our London office or from one our frontline services. This role is a 1-year, fixed-term contract (FTC) to cover an internal secondment position.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Reporting results and using data to improve content planning.
- Planning a content calendar aligned to organizational objectives and visible to colleagues across Centrepoint.
- Line managing 2 direct reports; inspiring them to hit KPIs, protect their wellbeing and encouraging them to develop both personally and professionally.
- Creative brainstorming of new ideas and working with colleagues to deliver them.
- Manage digital channels to ensure user needs are met and we expand our following to reach people that need us and those that want to help us.
- Collaborate with colleagues around the organisation on skill sharing and also coordinating planning.
- Managing agency relationships to ensure we’re working well together on agreed expectations.
- Managing a test and learn strategy to ensure we’re always improving and evolving.
- Managing co-creation with user groups to make sure everything we’re doing is relevant to users and that we’re platforming their voices.
- Using your skillset to educate wider team and improve delegation of tasks.
