Diversity, Equality and Culture at Bippit…
because it doesn't belong at the bottom of the page!
Our culture is defined by our team, and we recognise the strength derived from our differences. We look for people who are going to add to our culture, not clones of who we already have. This means:
- We strive to encourage and celebrate diversity and differences in our team & our views
- We listen to each other, respect everyone's needs and create an environment of belonging
- We are open & inclusive by default; we believe there is strength in honesty, transparency and authenticity.
Who are Bippit? What is our mission?
Financial wellbeing is more important than ever. We are in a climate where 60% of employees say financial matters are their #1 cause of stress, and financial concerns make employees 4x more likely to be clinically depressed.
Bippit is tackling financial wellbeing head on, by helping employees navigate the Cost of Living situation, deal with financial stress, and by supporting businesses, who are losing billions each year due to retention issues and employee engagement.
Thanks to Bippit, every single employee now has free access to 1:1 coaching from a qualified professional, and all the tools they need to manage their financial lives, so they feel less stressed, more secure, and more settled in their job.
So, what is our goal?
Bippit wants to provide everyone with guidance from a financial expert, no matter their situation, starting point, or bank balance.
We want to create a fairer society, where each of us has the tools and support we need to build a better financial future.
What you'll be doing as our Digital Marketing Manager
We’re looking for Digital Marketing Manager to supercharge our digital efforts. As the Digital Marketing Manager at Bippit, you’ll have ownership of campaign management and performance, as well as contributing to the operational rhythm of the marketing function at Bippit. We’re developing how marketing works, so you’ll have the genuine opportunity to mould the way we do things.
You will ultimately be responsible for ensuring all our digital activity is set up correctly, optimised, tracked and reported on, with the right channels used at the right time to drive the right outcomes for Bippit.
You'll report directly to the Head of Marketing. You’ll work closely with the Marketing and Sales team and as the marketing function develops, we expect you to work increasingly closely with our product team and user support teams to surface the great outcomes we generate for our users and make them as visible as possible to our potential buyers.
We encourage high levels of responsibility and autonomy so your responsibilities will include:
- Paid social: setting up, tweaking, optimising and experimenting with all our campaigns, including working closely with our senior designer and other colleagues to get all creative produced that’s on-brand and appeals to the target audience.
- Organic social: work closely with our Head of Community to create engaging, informative content to increase overall social engagement with our community of buyers and clients, as well as position Bippit as thought leaders in the financial wellbeing space
- CRM: We use Hubspot. You don’t necessarily need to be a Hubspot expert, but you do need to be very conversant with CRMs generally and the whole mix within them - nurture sequencing, lead scoring, automation and dashboards.
- Content design: We take a broad view of what content design is. We’re a small team so everyone’s a copywriter: good writing skills paired with a solid understanding of UI and UX for different formats will make us smile.
- Events: Can you make our webinars and roundtables run like clockwork? We’re always looking to improve the way we do them, technically, logistically and with the quality of the content. We’re doing more live events too, so if you’ve been involved at all in the organising and running of these that would be great.
How to be an excellent fit (for the role, and a great addition to Bippit’s culture)
We’re building an open and inclusive culture at Bippit, where ownership, accountability, and getting your hands dirty is key to success, so we’re looking for someone who is relentless, motivated, self-sufficient, bold, creative, and passionate about making an impact.
If that sounds like you, then we’d love to talk to you about the experience or awareness you have with the following areas:
Paid social - specifically Google Adwords and LinkedIn
- Campaign management- we’d like to hear the how, what and why of your campaign experience
- CRM - we’d like to hear how you’ve managed a CRM and nurtured a collaborative mindset with the wider team
- Marketing/Sales - tell us how you’ve overcome challenges to create a great relationship between the marketing and sales function - and how this has helped the business
- Organic Social - B2B or B2C experience here is fine, we want to talk about both
- Content design - if you can share examples that is a huge plus point
- Events - webinars, roundtables, in person and offline - we’d like to hear all about it!
This should go without saying but all applications are very much welcome. If you need any adjustments to support you with your application, just let us know now by emailing [email protected] in advance
Please do not apply if you live outside of the UK, or if you require visa sponsorship - we are unable to accommodate this for the Marketing Manager role. We are fully remote but within the UK only.
