Location: Cambridge, Hybrid (twice a week at the office)

Contract: Permanent, Full-time (35 hours a week)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our friendly, collaborative, and creative Assessment Network team. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative digital marketing initiatives and campaigns that will elevate our brand awareness, expand our reach, and drive business growth.

About the role

This role provides an opportunity to lead and shape our digital marketing presence to increase awareness and reach of the Assessment Network portfolio.

You will work closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated digital marketing strategies that deliver outstanding results.

Key projects include developing our suite of marketing reports, enhancing the customer user journey and developing the capabilities of our marketing platforms - whilst always championing a data driven approach.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Implementing integrated digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Development of email marketing campaigns & user journeys for key audience personas.
  • Support with developing our social media presence.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest developments and innovations in digital marketing.

About you

You will be data-driven and customer-focused, with a keen ability to leverage performance metrics and data to inform decision-making. You have strong written and verbal communication skills, an eye for attention to detail and you can work as part of a team or with a high level of autonomy taking pride and ownership in your work.

To be successful you will demonstrate:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience of developing and implementing integrated digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Being flexible, adaptable and enjoy the challenge of problem solving.
  • Proficient IT skills in the use of Microsoft office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word).

This role is ideally suited for those who have worked in a marketing role and have experience of paid social, search and email with an understanding of channel measurement, relevant tools and ability to connect digital KPIs to overall marketing and business objectives.
