Overview:
- Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC)
- Manage social media marketing campaigns.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns.
- Manage website SEO with developers, as required.
- Managing email marketing campaigns.
- Building and maintaining a brand’s presence across multiple social media channels
- Monitoring marketing campaign budgets and advise of status.
- Collaborating with media and sales teams to improve marketing results.
- Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, service quotas, bounce rate and ad spend return on investment.
- Preparing reports on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Using advanced analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels to develop optimisation plans.
- Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms to enable success assessment.
- Developing and maintaining CRM and Hubspot platform.
- Creating customer and reseller brand literature.
- Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms.
- Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team.
- Be aware of competitors, assessing impact and shaping future digital marketing strategies.

- Creative writer presenting material with relevant tone and style in line with the company’s brand and image.
- Proven ability to achieve competitive advantage through content generation.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
