In this exciting job role, you will be supporting and working closely with the entire marketing team to oversee marketing campaigns across the lifespan of the Mercia product range- Your experience and passion will help us to market our products across a variety of digital channels. Responsibilities:
Oversee, develop, plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social, paid advertising, email)- Creating and contributing to the project plans and strategy
- Working with colleagues and utilising tools like Google Suite, Social Media platforms, Marketo (email) and Salesforce to optimise campaigns to deliver the highest possible ROI
- Communicating with a variety of different stakeholders across the business on channel activity and reporting back on both campaign performances
- Using insights to help us to build personalised communications with clients
- Work closely with both the marketing and sales team to ensure that marketing activity is lead-generation activity
- Oversee the management of Mercia Group’s social media accounts
- Introduce paid social media activity to achieve goals and objectives, around follower growth, engagement, and lead generation
- Working with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to grow both the Mercia Social Media channels but also those of our experts
- Support the Sales and Marketing Team with Social Media activity that assists with lead-generation activity
- Plenty of other ADHOC activities as they arise (as with all marketing roles, this is hugely varied)

The skills required:
Essential
- Experience of working within a marketing position, such as a digital marketing executive or channel management role
- A strong understanding of all digital marketing channels such as email, SEO, PPC, but specifically social media ideally in a B2B setting
- Creative writing skills
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written skills)
Desirable
- A professional marketing qualification (CIM/IDM) would be advantageous but is not essential
- Experience in a marketing role in accountancy or a similar industry would be ideal
- Previous experience with CRM systems ideally Salesforce and/or Marketing Automation Platforms such as Marketo would be advantageous
- Previous experience with paid social media activity would be an advantage
