Job description - Digital Marketing Exec
We are looking for a creative and energetic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our small marketing team at Stone the Crows.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience in digital marketing and have exceptional copywriting skills, along with being a bit of a social media guru. We’re a homeware wholesaler and retailer, so someone with an interest in interiors would also be handy! We’re a friendly bunch, so we’re looking for someone positive and full of enthusiasm to join the team.
Job Responsibilities
- Help bring our products to life with expert copywriting which adheres to our brand guidelines.
- Develop and coordinate digital marketing campaigns according to business goals.
- Have ownership of our email marketing calendar and create campaigns using MailChimp.
- Drive brand awareness through captivating social media engagement and creative content.
- Work with our graphic designer to optimise website content to enhance online traffic and user experience.
- Assist with the planning and execution of lifestyle photography shoots with our in-house photographer and plan creative video briefs when necessary.
- Plan and oversee execution of campaign schedules and budgets.
- Maintain campaign reporting, metrics, and site analysis.
- Suggest campaigns, strategies and methods for improvement.
Experience/Skills Required
- A minimum of three years of related work experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing strategies and a proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management and content development.
- Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Incredibly organised, and able to work independently.
- Experience using the Shopify ecommerce platform is not essential, but would be beneficial.
- Display a positive, energetic and enthusiastic attitude, even when handling multiple tasks under a deadline.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.

Stone The Crows offers a diverse and quirky collection of home accessories and giftware through wholesale, retail and online channels. Based in Dronfield, Derbyshire, we are primarily a wholesale operation focused on the independent retail sector. We also have retail locations in Dronfield, Leamington Spa and High Garrett. The shops are a brand experience in themselves with fun and eclectic products around every corner.
This is a really exciting time to be joining the company as we’ve recently launched our brand new showroom experience at our Head Office site, along with a new wholesale website which has had great feedback. We are continuing to update and improve our digital solutions and processes, and we’d love for someone to come and be a part of that.
The job is based at our Head Office in Dronfield, Derbyshire and we’re currently looking for someone to come in 4 days a week. We can be entirely flexible on the days of the week and the hours can be tailored to the individual's needs.
Job Types: Flexible, part-time.
