Job description
The Digital Marketing Executive will work as part of the Communications & Marketing team to plan, develop and implement digital marketing activity across multiple channels. The role will involve day-to-day planning, delivery and monitoring of the Trust’s social media presence and the development and implementation of digital campaigns that promote all aspects of the Trust’s business, including golf, retail e-commerce, hospitality and other areas as required.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing campaign activity across a range of channels including social media, email and website- Communicate with target audiences and manage customer relationships via the use of CMS, Social Media and CRM
- Drive digital media activity to support the growth of the Trust’s retail e-commerce platform
- Develop and maintain a social media planner to deliver regular, engaging content to support the digital marketing strategy and wider organisational objectives
- Work with the Content Creator to ensure content outputs are in line with digital marketing requirements
- Monitor social media engagement and output
- Develop a suite of digital marketing campaign assets as required, working with in-house and external design teams
- Utilise and develop the Trust’s digital assets to enhance customer experience and engagement in line with organisational objectives
- Contribute to, and develop, digital communications and marketing strategies and plans
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and activity
- Support the Communications & Marketing Manager and other colleagues as necessary
