We're looking for a permanent Digital Marketing Executive (Growth) to join our team! This is the ideal role for someone looking to grow their knowledge of Digital OOH, Gaming for Good Ecommerce and Digital Marketing.

This is an exciting opportunity where you'll be:
Responsible for working with the Senior Digital Marketing Executive, the Digital Marketing Manager and other RSPCA teams to design, deliver and implement new digital activities for the RSPCA. This will include Digital OOH, Gaming for Good and exploring new channels and digital opportunities, the aims of which will be to generate mass engagement, fundraising and revenue growth. This role will also aim to influence brand perception, encourage rehoming and change the behaviours of the public.
This role works with a broad range of teams across the society and across RSPCA products, audiences, digital channels and services. It's a hybrid role, you'll be working from our South East Regional Hub (Horsham, West Sussex) with a high focus on remote working.
What we are looking for in you...
We think this is a great role and to add value we are seeking candidates who are experienced in (you can find full details on the role profile):
- Growth marketing, performance marketing or digital innovation, ideally with knowledge in Digital OOH, Gaming for Good or Ecommerce
- Collaborating with Events & Community, Retail and Partnership teams
- Google Analytics and other analytics tools, developing Looker Studio dashboards, reports and clearly communicating insights and analysis
- Working with third-party agencies and partners to deliver results
- Knowledge of tracking pixels and UTM parameters would be useful
