The main aspect of this role will be the day-to-day management of the brand’s digital marketing channels, covering website, social media, partnerships and CRM platforms. This includes developing and owning the content marketing planner, producing marketing emails, creating and scheduling content for social media, and regularly reporting on key metrics and analytics.
You will be encouraged to explore new ways of expanding brand presence, from setting up competitions to promotional partnerships. Attention to detail and excellent organisation is crucial - this applies to both creative support (e.g. organising photoshoots, briefing design work, content planning, article writing, email creation) and strategic support (traffic analysis, PPC support, product launches, A/B testing) aspects of the role - with the ultimate objective of all activity contributing directly towards business growth.
A pro-active self-starter, you are motivated and able to actively use your initiative. A background working in either a brand-side marketing team or agency would be ideal.
This role reports into the Head of Marketing and you’ll work with the wider Presto team, including Product and Supply Chain where relevant. You will be required to brief and work collaboratively with freelancers and agencies, such as photographers, graphic designers, website developers, copywriters and SEO.
Skills/experience required:
- Organisation and planning
- Data analysis - particularly website and social media reporting
- Digital content creation (portfolio + examples would be a bonus)
- Experience working with Email/CRM platforms
- Comfortable writing copy
- Understanding of social media platforms, trends, scheduling and analytics
Beneficial:

- A/B and/or MVT concept testing
- An understanding of traditional/print marketing
