Joining Ogi is a unique opportunity to work within an innovative Welsh business and one of the fastest-growing companies in Wales.
For many years, we've been providing mainstream internet and IT services as Spectrum Internet and Net Support UK. We rebranded to Ogi to represent our dedication to Welsh communities and received a significant multi-million-pound investment to deliver a large-scale and ambitious rollout of full-fibre internet across South Wales.
This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative company who are making a crucial difference to the people and places we serve.

Ideally, you’ll come from an agency background or have worked closely with external agencies and stakeholders. Perhaps you're in a digital marketing role and looking to take the next step in your career, or you could be in a similar role already but looking for an exciting opportunity to work with one of the fastest-growing companies in Wales.
You should be a self-motivated, confident communicator with the ability to nurture strong working relationships across the board.
_In terms of the background/qualities, we're looking for:

Integrated marcomms – experience in delivering ambitious, high-profile marketing and communications campaigns in Wales, or in a similar sector.
Managing budgets – including agency contracts.
Platform and system experience – experience with key digital tools and platforms such as Click Dimensions; GA4 etc (or similar)
You should also be passionate about Wales, and the ability to speak, read, and write Welsh would be a huge plus (though not required for the application).
What you’ll be doing…
You will work closely with our internal Marketing teams to bring your knowledge and passion to help instil a digital-first culture across the wider company.
You’ll also support a wider campaign delivery across the whole Marketing function: ensuring our campaigns at national, community and hyper-local levels are innovative enough to generate credibility, talkability and cut-through across a plethora of media, including digital outlets.

* Managing all aspects of digital marketing reporting, clearly tracking CRT, CPC, CPL, CPA.
* Producing inspiring, results-driven digitally centric marcomms strategies.
* Working to develop and deliver the company’s brand, ensuring that the approach is future-proof and digitally led.
