Job description
The Digital Marketing Manager will take ownership of our digital presence, using new and existing channels to support marketing objectives, to drive short term business performance as well as long term brand awareness and growth.
You will:
- Develop, manage and execute the digital marketing strategy
- Identify and implement marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive brand awareness, reach & sales
- Maximise search exposure and optimise organic and paid channels (SEO, SEM)
- Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the website
- Manage all social media channels
- Manage all owned and paid (digital) channels including paid social, PPC, email and website
- Use analytics to identify key customer touchpoints, evaluate the success of digital activities and improve customer experience
- Monitor campaign budgets and report on campaign performance
- Identify new markets, channels and strategies for online growth
- Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data
- Start, manage and grow a Youtube channel, planing the content and working with the sales and lettings team on weekly content.
- Film and create video walk arounds for sales and lettings properties
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
