Job description
Eteach has an exciting role in our advertising team for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive, who can be based in either Cardiff or Reading, office based or in a hybrid role. Fully remote working would be considered for an experienced candidate.
You will need to be very organised, with a proven track record in helping to deliver growth through the management and development of multi-channel digital marketing strategies. Predominantly using Google Ad Manager.
Ability to quickly understand the brand, it`s aims and audiences to help inform and develop the global digital strategy. Reporting to the Advertising manager and Marketing Director.
Responsibilities:
- Create and monitor the performance of SEO and PPC demand generation campaigns, re-develop and improve existing digital content, identify trends and insights, and improve the user experience along their digital journey
- Developing Organic Search, and development of content on websites while widening the reach and visibility.
- As well as search marketing, support the development of other digital marketing channels
- Strong knowledge of attributing performance and confidence using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Audience building and campaign setup; driving profitable paid media marketing campaigns Uploading creative/day-to-day management of accounts
- Daily, ad account optimisations and liaison with Recruitment and Customer Success Teams at Eteach.
- Monitoring performance on ad tests optimising campaigns accordingly
- Brainstorming new ideas for accounts
- Reporting to clients
Job requirements
- Must have experience with using Google Ad Manager
- Defining, implementing, monitoring and reporting digital KPIs
- Experience with Google Ads buying, conversion tagging, and working with Google Tag Manager
- You should have proven knowledge and experience in various digital marketing activities which include: Google Ad Words, Google Analytics and Meta Ads, social media optimisation, SEO, email campaigns, PPC adding content to websites and reporting.
- Ideally comfortable with using the Adobe Creative Suite e.g. Photoshop, InDesign etc
- Confident presenting and liaising with clients.
- Have a commercial mindset with a focus on results for clients.
