CityDays create urban adventures to immerse customers within a city - showcasing its culture, history and great local businesses. Think gamified walking tours crossed with outdoor escape rooms.
We operate remotely and provide games in cities worldwide to a mix of customers - b2c/b2b team building days. Our mission is to expand to all major cities and produce the best visitor guides (great places to see and things to do) without compromise (no need to include paid listings that aren't actually great!)
The Role:
- Craft, manage and optimise marketing campaigns for our products across different cities.
- Identify, build and develop customer acquisition across a range of channels, produce content relevant to each channel with cohesive design decisions.
- Work with our creative team to create data-driven decisions about new products and market opportunities
- Maintain products and relationships with external marketplaces - ensure content is up to date and optimised.
- Manage and grow paid marketing portfolio; Google ads, external marketing campaigns, Facebook ads
- Create and develop comprehensive marketing strategy
- Work with developers to optimise website content and sales funnel
- Provide regular updates of results and findings
Who are you:
- A start-up mentality - not afraid to test out innovative ideas and roll up your sleeves to get stuff done
- Strong understanding of content strategy and SEO
- Experience working remote, independently and with a team across time zones
- Min 3 years marketing experience across a range of channels
- Experience of digital marketing, demonstrating expertise in driving customer acquisition and retention. Proven success in driving results across digital marketing channels (paid, organic, social, web, email)
- Excellent campaign project management skills and experience of delivering high quality and digital marketing activity on time and to budget
- Proven creativity and vision in the development of compelling marketing and promotional plans.
- Ability to analyse, interpret, and apply data to make evidence-based commercial decisions and optimise performance. Experience of using web analytics software including Google Analytics
- Desirable: Experience managing performance of others and helping people to develop, grow and achieve their potential, including increasing diversity and inclusion in teams and / or workplaces.
- Desirable: Passion to evolve to a leadership position and build a team.
Flexible working hours, full time working hours are 35.5 per week (finish early on a Friday).
Holidays: You’ll start on 22 holidays plus bank holidays which will increase each year up to 27 days of annual leave.
