We'd like you to join us as a Digital Marketing Executive at Active Care Group.
You are a Digital Marketing Executive looking for more autonomy in your next role. You’ll likely have 2-3 years’ experience under your belt and you’re ready to take the next step in your career. As a go-getter who likes to get stuck in, you’re ready to support the Head of Marketing carry out a multitude of different initiatives and innovative campaigns across a variety of platforms to meet the needs of the business. You’ll have experience of creating a range of engaging content, from published articles, social media posts and adverts, to curating and creating website content that guides candidates to the information they need.
Working across the full range of marketing channels, the ability to create compelling copy and call to actions for a variety of target audiences is paramount. This role will have a focus on owning our recruitment social media strategy, so you'll play a vital role in driving engagement to deliver our marketing communications strategy and build our digital presence.
Using your strong research skills, you stay up to date with the latest healthcare and recruitment marketing trends to help inform strategic direction whilst monitoring competitors to help us stay at the forefront of the industry. You will also be a naturally proactive people person - someone who thrives on collaboration to achieve the best results, with the determination and know-how to get things done.
What you'll be working:
- Working 5 days a week
- 37.5 Hrs per week
- Monday to Friday
This role will be a home working role, however, travel will be required to services within the Group and meetings as required.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop our recruitment social media strategy to drive engagement and build our digital presence making best use of Hootsuite.
- Create brand-aligned content for use across several platforms to support organic traffic growth using SEO best practices.
- Support the development and execution of campaigns to drive brand awareness and candidate acquisition.
- Plan, design, and create comms to our client database using MailChimp.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of our portfolio of websites.
- Monitor campaigns and report regularly on performance.
- Research and analyse market trends, demographics, competitor services, footprint and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
- Work with the Marketing team to advance detailed marketing plans for all media channels and support the recruitment teams’ activities.
What you'll have:
Essential experience & skills
- 2-3 years’ experience as a Digital Marketing Executive, Social Media Executive or a similar role
- Marketing related degree
- Strong communication, editing and writing skills with the ability to adopt our tone of voice
- Ability to work independently with proficient time management skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office 365, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite and Mailchimp
Desired experience
- Experience of working in the healthcare or recruitment industry
