Marketing Executive
Full time, Permanent
£31,943.00 - £34,597.00 including London Weighting Allowance
UCG provides education to over 11,000 learners a year, including 16–18-year-olds, adults, apprentices, and students with high needs.
With an annual turnover of over £50m, we are one of the top 20 largest college groups in the UK. We offer education and training in almost all vocational areas at a variety of levels for a wide range of learners of all ages and starting points.
Our students UCG attracts students from across London and beyond. Our students come from a diverse range of backgrounds. In the academic year 2022-23, we enrolled more than 3500 full time 16-18 students, 8,000 adult learners and over 450 apprentices across our Group. UCG currently enrol 250+ HE students per year, across 4 campuses onto 12 courses from STEM subjects (Science, Construction, Engineering, and Computing) to Business, Music and Professional Qualifications.
There is currently an opportunity for a skilled Marketing Executive to be part of the Marketing and Comms team and work with us. It is an exciting time to join the Group as you will play a pivotal role of supporting managers and staff as we shape the future culture of UCG.
The Marketing team are committed to providing a service that implements and supports the College’s Marketing and Business Development strategies, within a client-centred framework.
We are seeking a talented marketing professional to develop and implement activities and promotions for the College. Liaising effectively with both internal and external customers you will be involved in a wide variety of Marketing activities, including organising events, collecting research information and producing copy for a variety of College material. You will need proven experience of working within a Marketing environment and of providing a range of Marketing activities, together with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. In addition to displaying excellent organisational and administrative skills, you will need to be able to work flexibly as part of a team, and also on your own initiative.
